I love this design.  A 14 inch vintage Itallian 18ct gold plated box chain which has a 14ct gold filled carabina one end and a cluster of faux pearls the other, attached by a 14ct gold filled ring.  The cluster of faux pearls have been taken from an early 90s waterfall earring.  Simply wrap the chain around your neck and attach the carabina to the eternity ring, creating an elegant necklace which hugs the neckline and the cluster of pearls lay around the nape of your neck.
