DELIVERY

All pieces are made to order & we aim to despatch within 5 working days, unless otherwise referenced on the product page. Should the item be out of stock, we will notify you immediately (within working hours) and advise you when the item will next be available.
During sale periods production time can be longer but we aim to despatch within 7 working days.

UK Delivery
​
Postage for all UK deliveries is via Royal Mail Special Guaranteed Next Day Delivery or Royal Mail 24 hr Tracked. As a signature will be required for both these services upon delivery, please try and ensure that someone is in to accept the parcel. If Royal Mail are unable to get a signature, they should leave a card providing instructions for re-delivery or from which postal office you can collect. Collection from a postal office will require ID.
We will send you confirmation of despatch with a tracking link for you to track your parcel.
All delivery time frames are from the point of despatch
Tracking the order is the responsibility of the customer

International Delivery
​
Postage for all International deliveries will be via Royal Mail International Track and Signed OR UPS. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery so please try and ensure that someone is in to accept the parcel. If Royal Mail are unable to get a signature, they should leave a card providing instructions for re-delivery or from which postal office you can collect. Collection from a postal office will require ID. All deliveries will be trackable and a reference number will be provided to you on your shipping confirmation email.

Any items unable to be delivered & are returned to us via Royal Mail due to customer incorrectly inputting address on order, will only be refunded the cost of the item once we have received it. Postage costs on original order will not be refunded.

Please note that packages shipped internationally will be subject to custom clearance which could cause delay.
Any custom duties fees applied to the delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer.
