DELIVERY

Orders placed after 2nd August will be processed from 20th August

All pieces are made to order & we aim to despatch within 5 working days, unless otherwise referenced on the product page.  Should the item be out of stock, we will notify you immediately (within working hours) and advise you when the item will next be available.

UK Delivery

Postage for all UK deliveries will be via Royal Mail Special Guaranteed Next Day Delivery.  As a signature will be required upon delivery, please try and ensure that someone is in to accept the parcel.  If Royal Mail are unable to get a signature, they will leave a card providing instructions for re-delivery or from which postal office you can collect.  Collection from a postal office will require ID.  We will send you confirmation of despatch and all delivery time frames are from the point of despatch.

International Delivery

Postage for all International deliveries will be via Royal Mail International Track and Signed.  Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery so please try and ensure that someone is in to accept the parcel.  If Royal Mail are unable to get a signature, they will leave a card providing instructions for re-delivery or from which postal office you can collect.  Collection from a postal office will require ID.  All deliveries will be trackable and a reference number will be provided to you on your order confirmation.

Please note that packages shipped internationally may be subject to custom clearance which could cause delay.  Any custom duties applied to the delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

 

We are happy to offer exchange or refund on your purchase as long as you have notified us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We shall provide you with a returns number, address and instructions.  Goods will only be valid for a refund or exchange if they are returned to us in perfect condition and in all of the original packaging within14 days.

 

We are not liable to refund, provide a credit or an exchange if the jewellery item returned to us is received broken or unable to be resold as it has been worn, smells of perfume or has been incorrectly cared for by the customer. 

 

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on Earrings due to hygiene reasons. 

 

We strongly advise that you return your order via Royal Mail Special Guaranteed delivery as we are not liable for any returns that get lost in the post.  For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products.

We are a very small business and all of our jewellery is made to order to avoid waste, which is why we offer 14 days rather than 30 days for refunds. We have the right to refuse a refund or exchange after this time period.

The credit card or Paypal account used for the purchase will be credited with the original price of the item(s).
