The products and services on this site are for personal use only. You many not sell or resell any products or services that you purchase from us or otherwise. The products may have limited quantities and often only one piece is available with vintage products.
Please note that some products have natural crystal and are handmade. Colours,size, shape will vary from item to item due to either their natural composition or the method of production. Longevity of our products depend on how the jewellery is cared for. We do not take responsibility for the improper care of the products purchased from this site and are not liable for any tarnishing/wear as it is understood by you that these products are costume jewellery and not fine jewellery. No credit, refund or replacement will be given for any losses due to the incorrect storage or handling by the customer of any goods supplied by Wilson Jewellery. Please see "Jewellery Care" on this site for advice on how to care of our jewellery. Any complaints will be managed on a case by case basis.

We do not warrant the quality of any products, services, information of other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.

Some of the products available on this site are made from vintage or antique components and you understand that they are by nature imperfect and fragile. We do not take responsibility for the improper care of these product nor provide a warranty for them. They are "one offs" and cannot be replaced.
Repair requests of all products will be reviewed on a case by case basis but we are not obliged to fulfill repair requests. Please contact info@wilsonjewellery.com if you feel your piece needs repairing, providing your original order number and an image of the repair in question. If improper care is considered the reasons for any jewellery being damaged, Wilson Jewellery reserves the right NOT to provide a refund, replacement or credit note.

We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. No credit, refund or replacement will be given for any losses/damage of any products sold by Wilson Jewellery due to the incorrect storage or handling by the customer.
