I have loved Victorian silver watch fobs since I was a little girl and in partiular the shields.  They are bold & graphic, yet their ornate detailing adds a contrasting softness.  This shield is no exception and I love the soft Rolled Gold centre.  A modernist vintage bar connects this pendant to the chain via a gold filled ring, from which I have added a vintage blue enamel icon - adding a touch of romance and elegance.  The brushed gold plated Box Chain marrys well with the gold centre of the Shield.
