I have two of these as they were buckles from the early 1900s......truly beautiful!   Hand painted, vibrant blue and both in wonderful condition.  Please look at the pictures as one is slightly different to the other by having an oval bead at the top middle of the ribbon.  I have hung them from a contrasting masculine 22ct gold plated belcher, with the necklace measuring 16.5 inches in length.  Easy to wear with white tee and jeans or equally works well dressed up.
