I just love this and have found it difficult not to keep for myself!  It is a reworked hat pin from early 1900s, great size and condition.  It is quite graphic in design yet the Rhinestones give it the feminine contrast. I have hung this charm on a long 24 inch 22ct gold plate belcher chain. Great piece to layer but also strong enought to wear solo. 
Model's neck measures 12 inches in circumference.
