Aside from my love of classic Art Deco, I also adore pieces from the Modernist era dating from early 1900 to 1940s.  They have such strong graphic lines with contrasting elegant details.  This piece is actually a clasp, with the necklace therefore fastening at the front.  Unusal details for such a striking necklace.  The chain is our 22ct gold plated Belcher measuring 17 inches (8.5 inch drop either side)

Keep in an airtight container or a lined jewellery box, do not wear perfume or creams in the same area that you wear your jewellery.  Remove before exercise, swimming, sleeping.  To clean, gently buff with a soft and dry cotton or microfiber cloth.
